These Terms of Service govern your use of Pikswap. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Pikswap application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Pikswap you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts and sign-in

Pikswap lets you sign in using third-party identity providers such as Apple and Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you use to sign in and for all activity that occurs under your Pikswap profile. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Your content and photo libraries

Pikswap helps you sort and share photos. When you grant access to a photo library (for example, Apple Photos or Google Photos), you authorize the Service to read the photos you select and, where you enable it, to save photos you receive back into your library. You retain all ownership rights to your photos. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) share content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share; (b) harass, abuse, or harm others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Apple and Google. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the respective third party’s terms and policies. Pikswap is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pikswap and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

As noted above, these terms are subject to change. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in-app.
